The structure’s incorporated concrete precast panels, thoughtfully crafted to adhere to the exacting specifications of the National Tenant. The facade was a product of intricate detailing, incorporating distinctive Colorbond Trimwall sheet cladding that elegantly overlaid the precast panels. The inclusion of exotic feature cladding, adorned with a painted finish, lent an eye-catching element to the entry sign boxes.

Integral to the project were comprehensive provisions, encompassing ample parking, thoughtfully curated landscaping, and impactful signage that further accentuated the establishment’s presence.
