Beginning in 2003, Mick Nicola started Virtue Homes with a focus on building custom designed residential homes. His open and honest approach, combined with outstanding attention to detail, grew Virtue Homes to employing a team of over 50 staff, building more than 500 new homes in the Greater Gippsland area, and established a reputation for exceptional quality, receiving many state and national building awards.
Opportunities to move into the commercial building arena have seen the successful completion of significant projects in the commercial sector and earned recognition in the industry through numerous accolades.
