The client brief was to build 88 modern individual storage units, ensuring they are:

• verman proof
• tamper proof
• and damp proof

Security at the site should include:

• speartop fencing
• camera system
• electric gates with digital access.

As a response to the brief, our team carefully planned the complete project from start to finish to successfully achieve the seven month construction time-frame

Alongside construction, other features completed were auto sensor lights to each unit and roller door seals.

To provide a seamless service for our client, we also took care of the landscaping and sign writing, and assisted with council town planning and engineered drainage.
