This project involved the complete transformation of an aging hardware store into a state-of-the-art office space, meeting all current standards and compliance requirements. The scope included demolition of outdated structures, extensive structural upgrades, and the construction of a modern extension to accommodate new functionality.

Key upgrades involved recladding external fire-rated walls, installing an entirely new electrical, plumbing, and roofing. The facade was completely redesigned, giving the building a striking new look, while a new car park was constructed to enhance accessibility and usability.

Throughout the project, unexpected challenges arose, as is often the case when working with older structures. Our team effectively navigated these surprises, employing innovative solutions to maintain quality and stay on schedule.
