With a strong foundation in high-detail projects across sectors like education, healthcare, luxury residential, and large-scale commercial builds, Brett has overseen ventures up to $50 million. He is highly regarded for his leadership, with proven abilities in budget management, client relations, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Brett’s hands-on background as a Site Manager enriches his strategic insight into buildability, allowing him to manage both project and site teams effectively.
Noteworthy projects under Brett’s management include the award-winning Warragul Regional College, which was delivered profitably and on schedule, and the Melbourne City Football Club Headquarters at Casey Fields. Brett excels in navigating complex challenges, like subcontractor insolvencies, to drive successful project outcomes. Ross Marchetti is a senior building designer and Building Design Manager for Virtue Developments with a decade of experience in the industry. Having worked for multiple design firms, he has extensive experience in both residential and commercial design.
Ross has contributed to the documentation of large-scale commercial building plans, including multi-story, multi-classification apartment/retail buildings while working with one of Australia’s largest architectural firms. His portfolio includes the design of detailed medical centres, office buildings, sporting pavilions (with a focus on gender equality and DDA compliance), showrooms, warehouses, and shops. Ross was also part of a two-man team that successfully designed and documented an award-winning indoor sports centre, members club, and restaurant renovation and extension.
With a comprehensive understanding of regulations and requirements in commercial design, Ross Marchetti thrives on the problem-solving challenges that arise in the field.

Brad Kirby is a skilled and experienced Site Manager with over a decade of expertise in managing complex construction projects across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Known for his strong commitment to safety and detail, Brad has effectively led projects such as the Traralgon College Stage 2 upgrade and the Stockdale Road Primary Basketball Stadium, valued at $11m and $10m respectively. His hands-on approach includes overseeing project setup, establishing and maintaining robust OH&S systems, and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
Brad’s qualifications include a Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management and a Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety, along with professional development in emergency response and time management. His proactive leadership, combined with his deep technical knowledge, ensures that all projects under his supervision are executed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Brad’s dedication to maintaining clear communication and his capability in managing diverse teams make him an exceptional fit within our organisation, embodying the values of diligence, safety, and teamwork that drive our success.

Sam brings broad experience across structural, commercial, education and residential construction, progressing from an apprentice working with multiple subcontractors to a capable Site Supervisor. His early hands-on exposure to form-work, carpentry, façade installation and general site operations built a strong technical foundation across both structural and architectural elements.
During his apprenticeship, Sam also supported high-rise operations, coordinating crane lifts, deliveries and pour sequences, which sharpened his organisational skills and understanding of complex construction environments. He later stepped into leadership roles overseeing the completion of varied internal and services-based works, further developing strengths in short-range programming, traffic management and team coordination.
Sam’s career has since expanded into supervising a range of commercial and education builds, where he has been responsible for site establishment, OH&S systems, subcontractor management and communication with stakeholders. His experience also includes residential work and smaller-scale structural projects, giving him versatility across different project types.
Known for his organisation, practical problem-solving and steady leadership style, Sam brings reliability, professionalism and a strong safety focus to every site he oversees.

Tim brings extensive experience across domestic, commercial and civil construction, progressing from a Carpentry Apprentice to senior supervisory and project management roles. His background spans architectural homes, commercial builds, power generation environments and large-scale civil works, giving him a well-rounded and practical understanding of construction delivery.
With strong on-the-tools foundations and years of site-based leadership, Tim has overseen teams across projects involving custom homes, commercial facilities, car parks, roads and bulk earthworks. His experience working within the power generation sector – including at heights and in scaffolded environments – highlights his capability in complex and high-risk settings.
Tim is known for his strong work ethic, hands-on leadership and commitment to quality outcomes. He excels in coordinating subcontractors, planning materials, managing site safety and maintaining productive communication with stakeholders. His solutions-focused approach ensures challenges are handled efficiently and work is delivered to a high standard.
