The Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development in Moe delivers purpose-built housing designed to support people living with disabilities, providing safe, accessible and functional living environments that promote independence and quality of life. Delivered for Homes Victoria, the development was designed to meet the NDIS Robust design standard, incorporating specialised features and durable construction to accommodate the needs of residents requiring additional support.

Virtue Developments delivered the construction of three one-bedroom SDA units and associated onsite overnight accommodation, incorporating accessible living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and private outdoor areas. The project required careful coordination of specialised building elements, reinforced construction, durable finishes, accessibility provisions and integrated safety systems to meet the stringent requirements of Robust SDA housing, while providing a comfortable and welcoming residential environment.
